Custom fabrication is when we make materials through multi-stage assembly work that are uniquely or custom-made exactly for you and the purpose you intend on using the material for. This requires in-depth planning and precise fixturing. We use the exact measurements and requirements that you give us when fabricating the pieces so that they come out exactly right every time.

Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products. This could mean custom fabricating just one piece of material or, alternatively, it could mean custom fabricating large-scale productions up to hundreds or thousands of parts. The custom fabrication process is carried out by cutting, bending, and then assembling the parts from raw materials to make the desired pieces unique in their shape and size based on the requirements given to us. Additionally, we use flush cutting and zero-edge finish.
